Work and Ski - remote work north of the Arctic Circle

Work and Ski offers high-quality accommodation suitable for remote working and vacationing in Levitunturi, Lapland. Behind Work and Ski Oy is a Finnish entrepreneurial couple Outi and Sami, who headed up north to Lapland for remote working and exploring the winter season in early 2021 and immediately got hooked.

Winter darkness (kaamos in Finnish), northern lights, skiing and snowboarding, peace and the perfect winter in the fells were so magical that we decided to stay a bit longer. We’ve visited fells all over Lapland and both good and excellent aspects can be found in each one (Ylläs, Pallas, Olos, you name it). However, Levitunturi was chosen as our home fell or “home mountain”, which, due to both the vibe and versatility offers in our opinion the best combination of peace in nature, sports, activities and services, as well as restaurants.

Work and Ski Oy was founded in 2022, when our holiday apartments, specifically designed to facilitate remote working and vacationing, were completed in Nuottirakka Levi, within walking distance from the ski slopes.

Even if we wanted to, we unfortunately are not able to spend the whole year in Lapland, so we decided to open the doors to other like minded travelers as well. See our apartments here!
