Newly completed apartment within walking distance of Levi's services and ski slopes. The apartment is well-equipped and is perfectly suited for both vacationing and remote working in Levi. The floor plan of the apartment is excellent (57m2) and the room height is over 5 meters with large open windows that give the feeling of space.

The apartment has two separate bedrooms with doors, both of which have a functional remote workstation. The downstairs bedroom has a double bed and the upstairs bedroom has a sofa bed, where you can get a good night's sleep or rest on the sofa between online meetings. The upstairs bedroom also has a TV. Both bedrooms have good blackout curtains.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes, among other things, Iittala and Arabia tableware, Fiskars high-quality pots and pans, a dishwasher and a 6-seater dining table made of solid wood.

The bathroom has a sauna with a high-quality Harvia sauna stove, shower, toilet, washing machine and a full-sized clothes drying cabinet. There is also another separate toilet upstairs.

The remote workstation in the downstairs bedroom is cleverly placed inside the mirror cabinet, which allows you to work in an open space during the day and spread your things on the table and at the end of the day easily pull the mirror cabinet in front of the workspace and hide them out of sight and mind.

Due to its location and equipment, the apartment is excellent for both vacationing and remote working. Two people each get their own bedroom with a door in the apartment, with a well functioning workstation and bed. In addition to this, of course, the six-person dining table in the living room can also be used for working, and thus provides workstations for even more people. The sofa in the living room also opens up as an extra bed for two people if needed.

Children have also been taken into account when designing the apartment; there are child gates at both ends of the stairs.

The apartment is located within walking distance of Levi's services, shops and restaurants, but in a very quiet location without any noise. From your own terrace, you are able to look at nature and directly at Levitunturi, which can be seen from the windows and from the terrace.
